ServiceWe provide outstanding on-site IT support and consultancy services for business. We specialise in small and medium sized organisations, typically with 1 to 150 staff. Personal contact is paramount.


So, our service is personal and proactive, based on a sound understanding of our clients' businesses. We talk to you about your business first, then IT. Our Support Team comprises highly skilled IT professionals who are also expert listeners.

When issues crop up, we fix them without fuss, but prevent most occurring in the first place (before things become critical). We’re like your own dedicated in-house IT Department.

IT Support

Our core business is providing infrastructure support. Our prices for support services are competitive and totally transparent, covering everything you would expect (hardware and software), and more. At the outset you’ll get a professional Service Agreement laying out our obligations and commitments to you. It is individually tailored to your specific needs and includes a straightforward pricing structure. Usually a fixed fee includes provisions for regular proactive maintenance, troubleshooting and a level of IT systems management and consultancy. Whilst most of our clients have no in house IT staff, for some clients we work with an in-house team or IT manager.

Our clients stay with us year after year because of the great service we provide. That’s why there’s no contract to sign.

Advice

When you need it we are available to provide ‘ad-hoc’ advice and consultancy for specific projects or implementations. These services are provided on a job or retainer basis. A number of clients like us to provide consultancy on an on-going basis to deal with specific technology issues within their business. To get the best possible guidance you need the right person - the members of our team all have tremendous expertise, diverse backgrounds and different specialist technical skills. You can also ask us to advise you on the IT implications of forthcoming moves, relocations or expansions. These challenges need not be as difficult as you might imagine: in many cases we project manage the entire process and liaise with other service providers on your behalf.

Procurement & New System Implementations

Lifeline IT supply and implement a comprehensive range of standard and specialist hardware and software solutions for clients. Clients often ask us to source and project manage the implementation of complete systems and solutions. We have particular experience of this in the fields of accounting software and retail systems.
