After an extensive background in service businesses, including ten years in the catering sector running a number of well known London clubs and bars, Adam joined the I.T. industry in 1998 and founded Lifeline I.T. in 2001.

Over the last ten years, Adam has built up extensive knowledge on software licensing and comprehensive hardware experience, particularly in complex server systems.

As Managing Director, he is responsible for the day to day running of the Company. Adam's commercial and management experience and his total attention to customer service bring much to supporting the needs of our clients.

Originally working in accountancy practices, Daniel began his involvement in I.T. while working with specialist accounting software in 1993. He founded Dam I.T. Consultants in 1996 providing network support and business consultancy services. Dam I.T. merged with Lifeline I.T. in 2002.
Daniel focuses on new business, project management and consultancy. This involves acquiring in-depth knowledge of clients’ operations and for several he works with them on an ongoing basis to develop and implement new systems, software and workflows. Getting to know his clients’ businesses really well is a key part of the process.
Daniel has a special interest in Global Cyber Security and is a member of the Industrial Liaison Group for the faculty of computing at London Metropolitan University. He writes and speaks on I.T. and I.T. security, including as resident ‘I.T. expert’ for smallbusiness.co.uk .

Jeremy is a well respected international figure, primarily within the finance and property sectors with over 30 years experience of residential and commercial development.

For many years he has provided advice on an informal basis to Lifeline IT. In December 2006, the arrangement was formalised with Jeremy joining the Company as Non-Executive Director. His input is focussed on financial and planning matters, as well as sharing knowledg0e of the property sector.

Darius has been part of the team since Lifeline IT was founded. He is a qualified Microsoft Certified System Engineer with over a decade of experience on successive generations of server systems. Darius deals with system maintenance and management for some of our larger client sites.

With the patience of an angel and a genuine interest in caring for our clients’ businesses, Darius is a popular, valuable and trusted member of the company.

Neeraj joined us in 2009. He has over five years experience in accountancy and bookkeeping working with small businesses and is working towards his ACCA qualification. As well as liaising with clients and suppliers on accounts matters, Neeraj works closely with the directors ensuring smooth operation of financial matters.

With a strong commercial background, having worked in fashion buying and more recently for an Internet-based wine company, Natalie joined Lifeline I.T. in January 2008.

Natalie leads day-to-day administration for the Company, providing backup to the Support Team and Directors.

Having worked for several years in the advertising sector, Amanda made a career change and became a professional youth worker in 1999 setting up a youth club in Hertfordshire and then working as an assessor and mentor for others in the youth and childcare sector. Amanda joined Lifeline I.T. in April 2004 bringing invaluable communication and organisation skills. Amanda assists with day-to-day administration for the Company, providing support to the Directors particularly in key areas such as training and development where her qualifications and experience in both formal and informal education provide considerable benefit.

Michelle assists the directors on general administrative issues particularly with regard to product sourcing and supplier account management. With a business background including many years in the retail clothing industry she is well placed to deal with all aspects of our supply chain management and of course has an exceptional understanding of customer service processes.

Chris joined Lifeline IT in March 2008. He is an engineering graduate with over four years experience in IT and customer support environments. Chris’s calm, systematic approach to problem solving is built on strong product knowledge of current Microsoft technologies, making him a great asset to our Support Team.

Chris will be continuing to build on his existing Microsoft qualifications over the coming months.

Markson joined Lifeline IT in March 2011, working with us on IT security projects. Markson is an accomplished software engineer with specialist expertise in cyber-security, particularly in the fields of network intrusion detection and prevention. Lifeline IT will be continuing to work on IT projects led by Markson in partnership with London Metropolitan University and the Technology Strategy Board.

Joseph is the newest addition to our support team having joined us in March 2011.

Joseph is dedicated and enthusiastic with extensive experience in I.T. service delivery and project management. He is quick to grasp new technologies and industry developments, evaluating their potential value to our clients both in terms of commercial viability and improved functionality. With Joseph’s excellent interpersonal skills he enjoys working on challenging issues for us. Joseph is Cisco, Microsoft and ITIL qualified.

Jacob has been in the I.T. industry since 1998 having studied in the UK and the USA. His experience includes I.T. tuition as well as in-house and external support.

Jacob has worked with Lifeline IT since November 2006, his role includes on-site management for some of our larger clients. Outgoing and a great communicator, his friendly helpful approach makes him a welcome visitor to our clients’ offices.

Rahul joined Lifeline IT as an engineer in August 2010. Rahul is a computing graduate with over eight years experience supporting workstations and servers. Rahul’s enthusiasm backed by strong abilities and experience, bring strength to Lifeline IT. From 2012 Rahul has taken over the procurement functions within the business for our clients.

Ray has many years experience in I.T. support and consultancy and a background in accounting and finance. Ray’s friendly approachable manner is built on considerable expertise and a methodical, thorough approach to problem solving. His exceptional communication skills mean that he is frequently responsible for delivering training sessions for our clients.

Ray deals with client liaison and consultancy as well as working within our Support Team.

Before joining Lifeline IT in 2004, Rudi had several years’ background in network support for the charity sector.

His roles in the company include workstation and server maintenance and on-site support. With a mind for troubleshooting and researching complex problems, Rudi’s thorough, professional approach to technology is an inspiration to the team.

Ryan began working with Lifeline IT in August 2007, while studying for his BSc in computing and following the successful completion of his degree, joined us as an engineer on a permanent basis.

He has quickly become a very valuable member of the team with extensive knowledge of the latest Windows and Apple Mac technologies.

Mansoor joined our support team in 2008. He quickly established himself as a capable and popular member of the team. Aside from strong desktop and server support skills, Mansoor continues to build on his good network design and troubleshooting abilities particularly with network hardware appliances.

Stephen is an I.T. graduate of Keele University and has been working in the industry since 1999. He has worked in programming and software architecture principally for portable applications and in the games industry.

Stephen joined the team in May 2006. He is involved in our Support Team as well as new business development and consultancy.

Jade joined us in the summer of 2011. As our office administrator Jade is often the first point of contact for clients, managing the scheduling of support and technical provisioning.

Navdeep joined Lifeline IT in Summer 2011 and quickly proved his ability supporting some of our more complex server infrastructures. With considerable support experience including as part of Microsoft's in house team, he is a valuable asset to our clients' businesses.

Aubrey is an enthusiastic member of our team with a proven track record in both in-house and external support capacities and solid background supporting both workstations and servers. He also has considerable  experience working with infrastructure including firewalls and IP Telephony.
